Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a product fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a free replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

General Returns
